UAE National quality Bureau of Standards announced the new standards of interior lighting including household LED light
UAE National Quality Bureau of Standards announced the new standards of interior lighting, including a ban on imports of incandescent; interior lighting requires the use of energy saving lamps (CFL), LED lamps including household LED downlight and tungsten; those whose mercury in the bulb is more than three kinds of former environmentally friendly are prohibited from entering the UAE market. The standards will be put into effect since 1 July.
